- Our tour of the SAB brewery was very interesting. They can bottle 1m beers a day! Check the production line http://www.twitpic.com/2bx633 #
- We also learnt that there are no added preservatives or chemicals in SAB beers, all natural & about 2 weeks brewing time. #
- But their beers do contain from 0 to 40% maize, so if you’re trying to avoid genetically modified food, drink the beers with no maize. #

- We’re about to sit down to a meal made from various parts of the pig. Some awesome ‘slow’ cooking happening right here. #
